It's not easy to describe such a nice experience that I had with Mr. Rocco. Which is the second realtor agent that I had to deal with in my life, and he's going to be the last one, I mean the only one that I would call again if I had to. This trip, our trip with Rocco, was like an adventure. He made me feel like we are old buddies. I did feel protected and safe whith his professionalism and honesty. He did work hard to make us happy and he did acomplish that. I was happy that we did sell our house very quickly, and for a very good price, but meanwhile, I did realise this trip is over and we won't be seeing him again very soon. We all know how hard it is to gather nice people around us, Thats why I am so happy that I met Rocco, because this man is something. God bless you Rocco, and your family.

After being transferred to Toronto, a mutual friend recommended we get Rocco to help us find a new home. We are so glad that he did!

My only regret in this whole experience is that we were unable to use Rocco for the sale of our Kitchener home. He was 150% better then the agent we used here.

My husband and I met Rocco when he was the listing agent for a property that we were interested in. We were soo impressed with his professionalism and integrity that we called him back the next day - not about the property but to hire him as our representative!
He has proven to be the not just a wonderful (punctual,knowledgeable,resourceful) representative but has a place in our hearts and our home and we count him among our good friends. He ensured that we did not have a stressful moment and pretty much held our hands along the way. After just a few short weeks, we found our home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rocco, but coming from a very picky person (both my husband and I) we HIGHLY recommend Rocco as an agent and a friend.
